This easy-to-use and accurate handheld gaussmeter can be rented for 3-weeks. It measures Extremely Low Frequency (ELF) magnetic fields generated by appliances, office equipment, home wiring, computer monitors, power lines, and all types of electrical and electronic equipment.

Note: The Swedish National Energy Dept. issued an advisory warning that schools, playgrounds, and day-care centers should not be sited near power lines and children should not be subjected to magnetic fields over 3.0 mG for long periods every day. All of our gaussmeters can check for adherence to this Swedish Government advisory warning.
