Magstick Tracer
Magnetic Sciences

The Magstick Tracer produces an audible tone when the tip detects a magnetic field in the audible frequency range (approximately 20 Hz to 20,000 Hz).

The Magstick Tracer is used to locate and follow hard-to-reach sources of magnetic fields such as unbalanced currents on hidden wiring or plumbing  in walls, ceilings, floors.  There is no display showing field value, so it is not used for quantitative measurements. The Magstick Tracer is 30" (75 cm) long. It is shipped already assembled and glued together from white PVC pipe and has a slightly homemade look. Includes attached small audio amplifier, headphones, battery, and instructions for use.

            $ 199.
