MSI-95 Single-Axis Gaussmeter
Magnetic Sciences

The Swedish National Energy Dept. issued an advisory warning that schools, playgrounds, and day-care centers should not be sited near power lines, and that children should not be subjected for long periods every day to magnetic fields over 3.0 mG.  This meter can check for adherence to this Swedish Government advisory warning.

The wideband frequency response of the MSI-95 offers superior accuracy for power distribution harmonics, computer monitors, TVs, fluorescent lights, dimmer switches, aircraft, ships. Single-axis gaussmeter with detachable sensor shows field direction.  This meter can also use the E-100 Electric Field and BV-1 Body Voltage Sensor Accessories. MSI-95 Gaussmeter, in the hard-shell Carry-Case
MSI-95 Gaussmeter, without carry-case
Measures Extremely Low Frequency (ELF) magnetic fields generated by power lines, home wiring, computer monitors, office equipment, TVs, appliances, and many other types of electrical and electronic equipment.

In tests of gaussmeters by the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), our MSI gaussmeter ranked 2nd in a field of 15 gaussmeters for accuracy, better than  EMF gaussmeters ten times as expensive (EPA Report 400R-92-010).
