Electric Field Sensor

The Electric Field Sensor plugs into your multimeter to measure 60 Hz electric field strength. Accuracy estimated near +/-30% since an E-field measurement is strongly affected by the surroundings (earth, measurer's body, metal objects, etc) as well as the design of your voltmeter/multimeter (which functions as the bottom half of the antenna).

Requires an AC voltmeter or multimeter with dual-banana plug input.
