Shipping: Orders usually ship within 1-2 business days. Shipping method is selected by the customer during checkout, and the tracking number is emailed to you by the carrier.
International Shipping: Phone number is required. Recipient is responsible for paying any import tax, sales tax, and fees in recipient's country, including GST or VAT, import duties, and brokerage fees. Those are not included in payment made to MSI.
One-Year Limited Warranty: Magnetic Sciences Inc (MSI) warrants it's products against any defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. If a malfunction or failure occurs, send the item to the address listed below. MSI will, at its option, repair, refund, or replace the item free of charge and return it to the purchaser. This warranty does not cover damage due to accidents, misuse, abuse, tampering, or unauthorized repair. Also see disclaimers below.
Rentals: Available for several items, see Rentals page. Rental fees are 100% applicable to purchase if you decide to keep the item.
Return Policy: One-year warranty above covers defects. For other returns the Buyer should contact MSI within 1 week after receiving the item, the item & all accessories should be returned in as-new condition. If not exchanged then 20% fee may be charged for loss of value since item is no longer new.
Prices: Prices are quoted in U.S.Dollars, FCA 367 Arlington Street, Acton, MA, 01720, USA. MSI reserves the right to limit quantities on any order.
Payment: Terms are prepayment unless otherwise agreed in writing. Credit & debit cards accepted: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, also PayPal and ACH. Wire transfer (T/T) accepted for invoices over $500. Title passes to Purchaser when Purchaser has paid MSI all amounts due.
Purchase Orders: All Purchase Orders are subject to approval and acceptance by MSI. Any Purchase Order or other form from the Purchaser which purports to expand, alter or amend these terms and conditions is expressly rejected and is not and shall not become a part of any agreement between MSI and the Purchaser. Interest shall be charged on overdue accounts at the rate of 18% per annum (1.5% per month).
Privacy: MSI will not disclose nor sell nor use customer information for any purpose other than conducting MSI business with the customer.
Disclaimers: (1) The express warranty stated above is the only warranty made by MSI. MSI does not make, and expressly disclaims, any other warranties, whether expressed or implied, including without limiting the foregoing, warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or arising by statute or otherwise in law or from a course of dealing or usage of trade.
